Here are the steps to follow in preparing for your visit:
Step #1: Confirm appointment via Practice Better App and Complete all Paperwork
Once you book your new patient visit, you will be sent an invitation to join our patient portal via Practice Better. You will need to create a password to have access to messages, documents, and all aspects of the patient portal. You can also join Practice Better with Google.
In your email for your booking, there will be a link for you to confirm your appointment. You will receive an additional email and/or text reminder 48 hours prior to the visit.
Step #2: New Patient Intake (same applies for all Blissfully Balanced Program Members)
The Initial intake is a 60–75-minute visit that can be done in-person, virtually, or via telehealth. During this session, the doctor will go through an in-depth intake of medical, health, and social history. This thorough intake allows for the doctor to curate a customized care plan that will start getting you results.
During the initial intake, there is a brief orientation and activity that you will participate in along with the doctor. The activity helps to reinforce the principles of naturopathic medicine as well as the treatment approach that is used at Infinite Wellness.
After the initial intake, your Results Visit and Therapeutic Assessment Visit will be scheduled.
Step #3: Results Visit
This visit takes place 48-72 hours after the initial visit. During this session, the doctor will spend 45-60 minutes reviewing all findings based on intake and additional supporting documents. Each care plan is customized to the individual.
During this session, the doctor will present you with any supplements, herbs, or homeopathy that will be part of your care plan.
Step #4: Therapeutic Assessment
After 3 weeks, you will return for a 60-minute follow-up visit to see how you responded to your care plan. Based on your program, this check-in allows us to determine how many more visits you will need. From there we continue to work 1-on-1 to get you back to feeling great. Given that many people come to our office with chronic health care concerns, it is very likely that it will take time to correct imbalances.
Based on your progress, you will be presented with a variety of options to continue care that will allow you to achieve your health goals.
Step #5: Road to Improved Well-Being
Based on your progress, you will meet with the doctor every 3-4 weeks after your therapeutic assessment. As you get closer to achieving your goals, we will then recommend a maintenance plan for you.
