Our dedicated team is led by Khadija Douglas. She is a women’s health practitioner with over six years of experience. She specializes in balancing women’s hormones naturally to help them feel energized, thrive, and lose weight. Outside of work, Khadija enjoys trying new recipes, traveling, and indoor cycling. She is deeply committed to her client’s well-being and looks forward to working with them.

Megan Naroznowski is a graduate and former Division 1 athlete from Temple University. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Health Studies. Following graduation, she embarked on a journey of health and wellness and became a personal trainer at a metabolic resistance fitness studio. After helping her clients lose weight so they can feel like their best selves, she noticed that there was still a gap in her knowledge. She then achieved two certifications from the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, where she is now helping clients identify their root causes through functional medicine labs and protocols. When she is not practicing, she loves to run and spend time with her family.

As a Social Media Coordinator, Shellan helps Infinite Wellness grow by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that increase our online presence and reach new potential patients. Shellan also ensures effective communication with our followers, creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels valued. When she’s not busy at work, you can find her reading a good book, painting, or traveling to new destinations.
