#1. New Patient Journey
A 4-week program that includes three separate visits with the provider.
Initial Intake: The doctor will take a comprehensive assessment and ask questions to gain further insight into your current health and wellness status. The doctor will spend the next few days studying your care and determining a suitable and effective treatment plan.
Results Visit: The doctor will provide your customized care plan, which includes home and lifestyle recommendations as well as supplement recommendations and nutrition support.
Therapeutic Assessment: Your provider will check in to see how the treatment is working for you and establish the results of your care plan. As a note, health concerns are not expected to be fully resolved within three weeks, but you should notice several positive shifts and changes. At the end of the visit, the doctor will let you know how many more visits are necessary, and at what frequency, in order to achieve your health goals.
#2. New Patient Plus
A 6-week program that includes all of the same visits as the New Patient Journey, with the addition of 20+ labs to properly assess your hormone health. This program also includes an in-depth lab review session to help you understand your body and which hormone levels are out of optimal range.
Like the New Patient Journey, you will be given an updated care plan during your therapeutic assessment with the number and frequency of visits needed to get to maintenance.
#3. Blissfully Balanced Program
The Blissfully Balanced Program is our signature high-touch functional medicine experience designed to restore hormonal harmony. We move beyond masking symptoms to address the Ovarian-Adrenal-Thyroid (OAT) Axis, providing a comprehensive solution for women navigating Perimenopause, PCOS, fertility, or chronic exhaustion.
This program is designed for those seeking a deep-dive, root-cause approach to their health. It includes:
