Are lab tests included in the program price?
The standard New Patient Journey package does not include the cost of lab tests. Patients are responsible for their labs and can have them done through their Primary Care Physician or request an order from our practitioners.
Looking for a more inclusive option? Check out our [New Patient Plus Package]. This premium version includes foundational lab work in the total price, so you can skip the extra coordination and start your journey with everything already in place.
Can the provider review my previous lab work?
Absolutely. Your provider can and will review any recent, relevant lab work you’ve already completed to help inform your care plan.
Do you accept insurance?
Accordion C While we do not take standard health insurance, we do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments. We strongly encourage you to check with your provider/bank first to confirm your specific coverage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We believe wellness should be accessible. We offer flexible payment plans to help make the New Patient Journey more affordable for your budget.
Will my health concerns be fully resolved in three weeks?
Health is a marathon, not a sprint. While chronic concerns aren’t expected to be fully resolved in 21 days, most patients notice several positive shifts and changes by the third visit.
