Personalized Functional Hormone Balancing for Women
A root‑cause program for Perimenopause, PCOS, Fertility, Thyroid & Adrenal Imbalances
If you’ve been told “your labs are normal” but you still feel exhausted, inflamed, anxious, or stuck in a body that no longer feels like yours, you’re not imagining things.
Hormone imbalances are often subtle, interconnected, and driven by deeper dysfunction across the Ovarian‑Adrenal‑Thyroid (OAT) Axis. And unless all three systems are evaluated together, true healing is missed. Our Signature Wellness Program, Blissfully Balanced, provides a high‑touch functional medicine hormone program designed to restore balance at the root, not mask symptoms.
Are Hormone Imbalances Behind Your Symptoms?
Many women come to us after years of unexplained symptoms:
- Persistent fatigue or afternoon crashes
- Weight gain despite “doing everything right”
- Sugar cravings tied to stress or poor sleep
- Night sweats or hot flashes
- Mood swings, anxiety, or low motivation
- Irregular or painful cycles
- Difficulty conceiving or maintaining pregnancy
- Brain fog or low libido?
These symptoms are often signs of disrupted estrogen and progesterone balance, dysregulated cortisol, and impaired thyroid signaling, not personal failure or lack of willpower.
When Was The Last Time You Felt Great
Blissfully Balanced is Infinite Wellness’ unique hormone-balancing program that helps women regain control over their bodies by resurrecting balance in several key hormone systems.
Hormonal Imbalances in Women:
There are over 60+ known hormones in women that carry out a myriad of functions every single day. Moreover, these hormones are special chemical messengers that are broken down into different categories depending on how they are created: steroid hormones, peptide hormones, and amino acid derivatives hormones.
Estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol are some of the more well-known examples of steroid hormones. Insulin is another key hormone in blood sugar regulation and weight would fall into the peptide hormone category. Lastly, we have hormones that are amino acid derivatives like adrenaline and your thyroid hormones.
Your hormones interact with one another, and a lot of what you experience (mood, energy, sex drive, fertility, etc.) is related to your hormones and their levels.
In our hormone-balancing program, Blissfully Balanced, we focus on “THE BIG 3” to help our clients correct hormone imbalances

Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance In Women :

| Ovarian | Adrenals | Thyroid |
| • Night sweats • Severe menstrual cramps • Loss of libido • Acne • Insomnia • Heavy menstrual bleeding • Pain with intercourse | • Low energy levels • Sugar cravings • Salt cravings • Irritability between meals | • Dry skin • Thinning of hair • Cold/hot intolerance • Anxiety • Weight gain |
Throughout the various stages of a woman’s life, there are various hormonal shifts that take place. In a healthy state, your body should be able to adapt and respond accordingly to keep your hormone levels balanced. However, through a variety of external factors such as poor diet choices, stress, and our daily exposure to thousands of chemicals, it can become challenging for the body to maintain a happy balanced environment. We designed the Blissfully Balanced to correct your hormonal imbalance symptoms using natural and effective treatments.

What Makes Blissfully Balanced Different
Upon meeting with the doctor for your initial consultation, you will then be sent for comprehensive hormone testing. When lab results are received and hormone imbalances identified you will get your own customized wellness plan to begin implanting.
Over the course of 16 weeks, you will meet with the doctor for follow-up visits in order to ensure that we are seeing the appropriate changes you desire. At the end of the 16 weeks, you will end with an hour-long follow-up visit to sum up and assess your progress. Given that there are several hormones that oftentimes need to be adjusted and all bodies are different, you might need additional follow-up visits every 8-10 weeks. We will discuss all of this at your assessment visit. *Please note: all visits that take place after the end of this program are offered at a reduced rate.
Blissfully Balanced uses various nutraceuticals, botanicals, and natural therapies that all in all help create optimal conditions for healing and hormone rebalancing to take place. So as a program participant, you will have regularly scheduled monthly follow-up visits with the doctor.
