🌟LET'S LEVEL UP YOUR GUT HEALTH🌟
Here Are 3 Tools to Help You Get Started with Healing your Gut:
1. Support Your Nervous System
The essential first step in repairing your gut health is by supporting your nAervous system. Once your body is able to get into a state of calm and peace, it is much easier for it to maintain healthy inflammatory levels and bacteria along with optimal digestion.
I always encourage my clients to carve out at least 30 minutes daily for self-care. This can look like meditating, journaling, reading, affirmations, or even sitting down to actually eat a meal.
One of my favorite supplements to help support your nervous system is Natural Calm and GABAEase. It is great to take a few hours before bedtime to ensure a good night’s rest.
No matter what you decide, make it a part of your daily routine and truly sink into the moment!

3. Support Your Microbiome…
The addition of a quality probiotic can continue to further support your balance of healthy bacteria. Did you know that your microbiome can be altered by various life events like pregnancies, menopause, and lack of sleep? Crazy, right???
Probiotics help with inhibiting the growth of undesirable bacteria and help with producing beneficial products. Now, of course, you can get probiotics from food, but to keep up with the demands of your body, adding a probiotic to your daily routine can be a game changer.
