Description
The New patient journey is a series of visits over 4 weeks. As part of the new patient visit, you will get the following appointments:
- Initial intake (60 minutes): this allows the doctor to get a complete assessment into you. The doctor will ask questions to help gain further insight into what is going on with your body.
- Results Visit (45 minutes): you will receive your customized care plan, which will include not just supplement recommendations but home and lifestyle recommendations and nutrition support.
- Therapeutic assessment: occurs three weeks after your results visit. This visit is a 45-minute follow-up to see how you have responded to treatment.
